This Policy lets you learn about the practices and the conditions under which VISCIANO s.a.s (below the Company) collects, uses and stores your personal data (below: the "Data"). 1. What data is collected by the Company?
Depending on the nature and purpose of your interaction with the Company (browsing the site, filling in contact forms, as well as during any telephone exchanges) we may collect the following Data:
- Your email address will necessarily be requested if you wish to communicate with us via the contact forms and/or receive our Newsletter

5. How long is your data kept?
The Company only keeps your Data for the time necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3. This retention period is not the same depending on the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being likely to vary this period. Likewise, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period.
When you contact the Company using the contact form, directly by email or when you communicate with us by telephone, your data may be kept:
- for up to three (3) years from the last contact if you do not have a customer account or an order placed on the Site or directly;
- for up to ten (10) years (legal obligation) from the last order placed, if this information concerns that order;
- in all other cases, the retention period for this exchanged Data may not exceed three (3) years.
All your invoicing data is kept for ten (10) years from the date of purchase, even if you have requested the deactivation of your customer account. If you request the deletion of personal Data, your customer account will be deleted at the end of the aforementioned periods from the day you made the request. Finally, regarding the Data collected by means of cookies or trackers, it will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or trackers measuring audience (except those of Google Analytics which sets the period at fourteen (14) months) and up to thirteen (13) months for the others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymised to be kept for statistical purposes only.
6. How is your data protected?
Your Data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall and antivirus. We have put in place technical and organisational measures intended to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your Data against any accidental loss and against any unauthorised access, use, modification and disclosure.
Given the particularities inherent to the Internet, it is however impossible for us to guarantee the optimal security of information exchanges on this network. 7. What are your rights?

You acknowledge, however, that the processing carried out before the revocation of your consent remains perfectly valid. You also have a right to object, without reason, to the Company carrying out an analysis of your Data to share it for marketing purposes.
However, in accordance with Article 12.6 of the GDPR, for the exercise of these rights, the Company, as the controller of this processing, reserves the right to ask you to prove your identity. We have one month to respond to any request relating to the exercise of your rights. This period may be extended by two months, due to the complexity or the large number of requests.
8. Storage of the data collected by the Company
The Data collected as part of the use of the Site is stored exclusively on a server located in Europe (France), hosted by the company OVH, SAS with capital of 10,000,000 €, RCS Roubaix – Tourcoing 424 761 419 00045 - APE Code 6202A.
